Refund and Cancellation Policy for ChillsnSip x Banama Retreat

1. Booking and Payments

  • Deposit: A €250 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot at the retreat.
  • Early Bird Pricing: Available until October 12th, 2024.
  • Accommodation Options and Prices:
    • Early Bird Prices (until October 12th, 2024):
      • €750: Bunk Bed in a shared room.
      • €800: Single Bed in a Triple Room.
      • €900: Single Bed in a Double Room.
    • Standard Prices (after October 12th, 2024):
      • €800: Bunk Bed.
      • €875: Single Bed in a Triple Room.
      • €1,000: Single Bed in a Double Room.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full by November 18th, 2024.

2. Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations Made 60 Days or More Before Retreat Start Date (On or Before November 18th, 2024):
    • Refund of any payments made minus the €250 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations Made Between 59 and 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date (November 19th - December 18th, 2024):
    • Refund of 50% of the total retreat cost, minus the €250 deposit.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Retreat Start Date (After December 18th, 2024):
    • No refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Organizer

If ChillsnSip or Banama Coliving cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund, including the deposit. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred, such as airfare, travel insurance, or other costs.

4. Transfer of Booking

Participants may transfer their booking to another person if unable to attend, subject to approval. Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 30 days before the retreat start date (by December 18th, 2024). The new participant must agree to all terms and conditions.

5. Travel Insurance

Strongly Recommended: Participants are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential losses.

6. COVID-19 Policy

  • Government Restrictions: If the retreat is canceled due to government-imposed travel restrictions or lockdowns, participants can choose to:
    • Receive a full refund, including the deposit.
    • Transfer their booking to a future retreat date.
  • Participant Illness: If a participant cannot attend due to illness (including COVID-19), the standard cancellation policy applies. Travel insurance may cover such instances; please check your policy details.

7. Changes to the Program

The organizers reserve the right to make minor adjustments to the schedule or accommodations as necessary. No refunds will be issued for changes that do not significantly alter the overall retreat experience.

8. Force Majeure

Neither ChillsnSip nor Banama Coliving is liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics).

9. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to main@chillsnsip.com.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.

By registering for the ChillsnSip x Banama Retreat, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
